Payroll processing
Catch-up bookkeeping or cleanup projects

2. Prepaid Services

For clients who prepay for services (monthly retainers or project-based work):

Fees are applied to the agreed-upon service period.
If services are canceled, prepaid amounts for unused periods may be refunded at our discretion, provided no work has already been performed.
Once work begins in a billing period, no refund will be issued for that period.

3. Refund Requests
